During this period the team has continued working in the following work packages:
WP3: Mechanical design of the device
WP4: Mechanical design implementation
WP5: Electronic and control system design
WP6: Electronic design implementation
This work matches with the initial schedule of the Project. The construction of the prototype started during the last period and now many parts of the device are available (see photo with the main head device completed); also the electronic tests have started. And it is foreseen to have the 1st complete version of the prototype during the next reporting period.

During this period the team has been working in the following work packages:

This work matches with the initial schedule of the Project. It is remarkable the construction of the prototype (both mechanics and electronic implementation) has started during this period. The first 3D design of the device is finished and available under SolidWorks; see a sample of the sewing head in the following figure:

During this period we have continued working in the following work packages, as it was initially scheduled. These steps are slow at they need high development effort but they allow to carry out a fast implementation of the prototype afterwards:
WP 2 Overall design of the device, combining electronics and mechanics
WP 3 Mechanical design of the device
WP 5 Electronic and control system design
Up to now there are no significant deviations from the scheduled work. And as a result of these tasks, there are available CAD 3D designs of the whole device; the implementation of these deigns will start during the next reporting period.
